How it works

CAERUS WAY is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization created by a Retired Veteran to provide “Opportunity through Community” to young adults in Middle Tennessee & the surrounding areas.

Our approach is innovative: instead of traditional grants or scholarships, we establish a signed agreement with each candidate. Upon completion of their agreed-upon community service, we commit to covering all identified costs for their chosen professional or academic pursuits.

This model empowers candidates to earn their benefits through community contribution, fostering a deeper personal investment in their success. This not only enhances their career prospects but also strengthens the community by building a more skilled and dedicated workforce.
